Starting in February, your Financial Aid Offer will be mailed to your home. This offer will outline any scholarships, grants, and loans that you have been offered. It will also highlight important information (like books are included in your cost of tuition!) plus it will provide an estimate of your cost to attend Ursuline for your first year. A digital copy of your offer will also be added to your .
If you have questions about your offer, be sure to reach out to your admission counselor to schedule a call.听

Deposits can be submitted online at . Students planning to commute to campus, the deposit fee is $100.
Students planning to reside on campus must be aware that housing is currently at capacity, and all new requests are being placed on a waitlist. We understand how important on-campus housing is, and our team actively monitors availability as spaces open.
To secure your place in the incoming class, please submit your $100 enrollment deposit as a commuter student. This ensures you can move forward with your enrollment while remaining eligible for housing if space becomes available.
If you would like to be added to the housing waitlist, please complete the form here: . We will听notify you once a space becomes available.听 A resident deposit of $100 will be due with offer of resident room.
Once you enroll, your deposit fee is credited to your UC account and becomes a credit on your first invoice.
Once you deposit your Ursuline student account will be created, including your Ursuline student email!听Login instructions will be emailed to you by Ursuline鈥檚 IT department, approximately 48 hours after your deposit is processed.听While the Admission Office will be primarily communicating to you using your personal email account, you will find important campus updates and Ursuline insider-information in your Ursuline email. Over the summer, be sure to check both accounts.听
Dying to schedule your classes?? Of course you are! Students will meet with their academic advisor during their Summer Advising & Registration Days. Summer Advising & Registration Days are planned to occur in-person and space is limited for each date, so don't wait to RSVP! Event registration will go live in late spring/early summer.
The New Student Online Experience (NSOE) is your virtual introduction to 快播成人网. This听online course will serve as a resource to all things Ursuline.听Don鈥檛听be surprised if you find yourself referencing the NSOE all throughout your first year (and second year鈥� and third year鈥�).听听
The NSOE covers relevant information to a successful start at Ursuline. Completion of the NSOE is required for all incoming students and a certificate of completion is required to begin classes. The course will take about 2.5 hours to complete but it is designed to be viewed in pieces. No need to do everything all at once!
We recommend completing the NSOE before you attend Summer Orientation.
Some students will be required to complete a math placement test before attending Summer Orientation. This test is called ALEKS. If selected, you will receive instructions via email. This placement test will allow your academic advisor to select the best first-year math class for you.听
Submit an updated copy of your transcripts, or听Advanced Placement (AP) exam results听to the Processing Center (processingursuline@gannon.edu) so that your advisor has the most up-to-date information.听To see if a transfer credit evaluation is complete, log into your听.听
Feel free to start course transfer equivalents at . For an unofficial Ursuline credit evaluation, 听with your UC admissions Counselor.听
You will learn SO MUCH important information during Summer Orientation. You'll meet your future classmates and connect with current students. Last but not least, bring your questions! This is the perfect opportunity to talk more about your major and any goals you may have for your time at Ursuline (and beyond!).听

As a resident student, you鈥檒l quickly come to appreciate all of the reasons that residence hall living enhances your college experience. Resident students access outstanding leadership opportunities, live in proximity to each other, their professors, and the plethora of campus resources available to support your success at Ursuline. Socially, the Ursuline atmosphere is empowering and engaging. You鈥檒l be right in the middle of all the excitement!听To check your official housing preference (resident or commuter), log into your听.听
Additionally, your housing contract, roommate survey, and more from the Residence Life and Housing Office will be sent to you after your housing status has been assessed. This review happens closer to when you'll begin classes, typically May, and you will be notified of housing availability via email. In order to begin the housing process, you must submit your听deposit as early as possible. Housing assignments will be announced well in advance of move-in.听

Over the summer you will also want to finalize your financial aid plans. Be sure that Ursuline has received your FAFSA and that you have reviewed your financial aid offer. Complete any additional paperwork requested on your offer (extra copies can be found here) and complete your entrance loan counseling if needed.听
Your first invoice will be available in Cashnet (thru MyUrsuline) in advance of the semester.

Below are some frequently asked questions specifically from admitted students, but for our full list of FAQs, click here. If there are any other details that you would like to know more about, feel free to contact your personal admission counselor.
Come visit us on campus! Whether you鈥檝e been to campus already or not, visiting as an admitted student allows you to see the school as your future home. Attend our ,听or schedule a to campus! If coming to campus isn鈥檛 an option, we have a number of over the next few months that you can attend to learn more about Ursuline.
Let us know that you want to become an Ursuline arrow by May 1st by After May 1st, we will accept deposits as space allows, but deposits are no longer refundable after that point.
The first step is to RSVP for your preferred Summer Orientation date. On your RSVP form, you will answer some pre-advising questions so your Academic Advisor is ready for your first meeting. During Summer Orientation, you will meet with your advisor and finalize your class schedule.听
No! Students can live on-campus or commute.
Yes! All students are allowed to have cars on campus.
Many AP and CCP credits will transfer in as Ursuline credits! Reach out to your Admission Counselor if you鈥檇 like to request a transfer credit evaluation or visit .
Once Ursuline receives your deposit, your Ursuline student account will be created! Our IT department will send you an email once your deposit is processed with your login instructions, including your student e-mail address and password. Once you have that e-mail, remember to check it regularly for information about next steps!
Meal plans are part of the housing contract for students who live on campus. It includes 175 meal swipes and 325 aux points. Meal swipes are used for full meals, while aux points can be used like dollars to buy pre-packaged items on campus. You will hear more about Metz Dining and our meal plans during your New Student Orientation Experience, or through your MyUrsuline account.
If you selected a major on your application that you no longer want to pursue, you will want to let your Admission Counselor know as soon as possible so that you can be assigned an appropriate Academic Advisor.
Your Financial Aid package will be delivered by mail and e-mail. Once you submit your deposit and receive information for your Ursuline student account, you will be able to view and pay bills through your MyUrsuline account. Grants and scholarships will be applied to your student account automatically, but in order to receive the student loans you were offered, you will need to complete student loan counseling, which you鈥檒l learn more about during your New Student Orientation. Our ITS department doesn鈥檛 recommend any specific computer model; however, it is recommended that students refer to their suggestions here.
For most students, our ITS team also advises against buying a Chromebook or a Mac. Windows based computers typically have fewer issues than either of these.
Test-Outs are available to students who took a course at a non-accredited institution, or who took a course that didn't transfer into 快播成人网 that relates to the subject, and students with substantial knowledge of a subject. All currently enrolled, degree-seeking students are eligible to test out of authorized courses, as long as the test-out is taken before their final semester. If you want to test out of a course, refer to out Test-out Policy and Procedure, and talk to your academic advisor.
